We provide a full range of services, including furniture customization, design, measurement, transportation, and installation with no hidden fees. All pricing is transparent and upfront, so you don’t pay a cent more than necessary. All furniture comes with a 5-year warranty, and we take full responsibility for any quality issues.

We use ENF-grade multilayer solid wood panels treated with triple high-temperature and high-pressure processes. These panels are moisture-resistant, insect-proof, and scratch-resistant, with nearly zero formaldehyde emissions and no odors. They meet national environmental standards and are duly certified.

Additionally, all hardware accessories come with a 1-year warranty, and the panels have a 5-year warranty. On-site service within the first year is free of labor charges.

Custom Process:

Book Measurement: After on-site measurement, our designer will confirm the floor plan and provide an initial quotation.
Pay Design Deposit: Upon quotation approval, a 10% deposit is required to produce a 3D rendering, typically completed in 3-7 days.
Confirm & Order: Finalize the design and pay a 70% production deposit to proceed with manufacturing (no changes allowed after order confirmation).

Estimated Timeline:

Floor plan and quotation within 2 days of measurement.
3D rendering provided within 5-9 days after confirming the layout.
Production begins after finalizing the design.
