We have our own on-site measurement team in Singapore who will come to your place for measurement. Our services include furniture customization, design, measurement, transportation, installation, and finishing work. It's a one-time fee with clear price tags and no hidden costs. You won't have to pay a penny more than necessary. Our furniture comes with a 10-year warranty. We will take full responsibility for any quality issues. Moreover, we have stores in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Macau, which makes it more convenient for you to select materials and visit. The after-sales service is also more guaranteed.
Meet the Extreme Space Team
Our standard configuration is E0-level multi-layer solid wood plywood. The panels have undergone triple high-temperature and high-pressure treatments, achieving the effects of being moisture-proof and insect-proof as well as scratch-resistant. They are very suitable for Singapore's relatively humid climate.
Moreover, our panels are odorless and have nearly zero formaldehyde emissions. The panels have passed third-party inspection and verification and fully comply with national environmental protection standards.
Our company has stores in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Macau. A team of hundreds of people provides one-stop services including on-site measurement, design, delivery, and installation. Customers can sign contracts at our physical store in Singapore. These are the greatest guarantees for our customers.
In addition, we also provide an extra 10-year warranty service. Within one year, on-site services are free of labor and accessory charges.
Our Custom Furniture Process
1. Initial Budget Consultation
Share your furniture requirements, dimensions, or floor plan, and we’ll provide a free quotation online.
2. On-Site Measurement
Schedule a professional technician to measure your space.
Time-Limited Offer: A S$300 deposit secures the measurement and can be fully offset against S$600 of your total order amount.
3. Design Proposal
Based on measurements, our designers will create 2 detailed layout options and a preliminary quotation. Schedule an in-store consultation to review these.
4. In-Store Contract Signing
Visit our showroom to view samples, select colors, finalize the design, confirm pricing, and sign the contract.
After paying a 10% deposit, we’ll begin work on 3D renderings and detailed technical drawings.
5. Production Commencement
We’ll provide final production drawings and pricing. Upon paying a 50% deposit (of the total price), production will start.
Note: Design changes are no longer possible once production begins.
Typical production time: 35–45 days.
6. Delivery & Installation
Before delivery, we’ll share trial installation photos for your approval.
Payment Structure:
35% due upon furniture arrival.
Final 5% due after installation completion.
7. Installation will be scheduled for the day after delivery.
Lifetime Warranty. All furniture comes with lifetime maintenance support. Enjoy free installation and We offer a 10-year warranty.
